In any case, orders cannot be cancelled after completion, except in the case that the product is different from the order or is defective. We also do not accept returns at the customer's convenience.
Please note that no refunds will be accepted for orders returned without prior notice, or for returns or cancellations due to refusal to accept the order.
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, or if the item is defective, please contact us at info@mitsujiandmitsuji.com within 30 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We will inspect the condition of the product and if we are able to confirm the error or defect, we will replace the product if it is in stock, or refund the money if it is not in stock.
Please note that even if the product is defective, we may refuse to exchange it if we cannot determine that the product is "unused" according to our company's standards.
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box and dust bags.
SPECIAL Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore THE JOL ONLINE STORE reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Where are Returns Sent?
By default, the return address of your order is our provider, Printful, and is based on where your package was fulfilled.
- Packages sent out from Printful's US and Mexico facilities are returned to 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.
- Packages sent out from Printful's facility in Canada are returned to Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4, Canada.
- Packages fulfilled by Printful's partner facilities in Japan are returned to Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan (apparel orders); Ibe 15, Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan 929-1801 (non-apparel orders).
- Packages sent out from Printful's Latvian facility are returned to Lidostas Parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.
- Packages sent out from Printful's Spanish facility are returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
- Packages sent out from Printful's UK facility are returned to Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ.
- Packages fulfilled by Printful's partner facilities in Australia are returned to 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
- Packages fulfilled by Printful's partner facility in Brazil are returned to Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brasil.
When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If THE Printful facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
What Happens to the Returned Items?
If a product is returned, it will be shipped back to THE Printful facility, and we’ll place it in temporary returns storage up to 30 days. By the end of the 30 days period, all unclaimed returns will go to charity.
